		<description>Might I suggest that in a library system where the paramount concern of staff is good service; then patrons may take that level of service for granted and rate something else (stock holdings, web site usability, infrastructure etc.) as an area of concern. The corollary of course being that the fact that if service were not so good then THAT might be more to the forefront of people&#039;s minds.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t really need a copy, though if it were handy I&#039;d read it. But this is another case of a publisher who is fine with authors posting a copy online but librarian authors not bothering. Oh dear, I&#039;m becoming a shrill nag, aren&#039;t I?</description>
