anyone??  i like your commnet about how when busy you just dont look at it. as long as everyone has that same expectation that is great, but would an institution be expected to always be reading and so responding to @replies? what if they dont respond? or can it just be a flow of tweets outwards? best, j.</description>

		<description>Someone came in to my library last week and asked me, “Are you on Twitter? Why not?”  Obviously, that will depend on your library, but for an organization that&#039;s not super-techy, I was surprised to have to justify my Twitter-aversion.</description>
