		<description>It&#039;s just a shame that, in the UK, you can be locked up for five years for refusing to provide a decryption key when asked to do so.  This is irrespective of the content of the encrypted data - just a consequence of refusing to provide the key.   Undermines the whole point of encryption somewhat.</description>
