		<description>This is all so true, and it is really hard to work, speak, and publish when you have small children. I&#039;m slowly learning that as a mom yes you can have it all---just not all at the same time! Thank you for a great post!</description>

lol... one more thing to worry about: the jetlagged brain surgeon about to cut into my skull... thanks for the post though. In terms of helping up-and-comers I was definitely thinking of how much you have done (often without fanfare) for so many librarians.</description>
