We're hoping our blog fills a niche that we want filled (updates on cool an emerging web info tools). Also, I am a member of another blogging community located at houseblogs.net. I really love their platform. Also, my personal blog wouldn't be nearly as popular if it wasn't from all the traffic it gets through houseblogs.
