<description>We used to have a library school here. The director decided to give away most of the Z part of the library science collection to other area library schools. I was allowed to take about 8 boxes of books (some real classics), including the Dictionary Catalog of the Library of the [Columbia] School of Library Services (7 vols, 4 suppl). The deweys remain for now. I am already compiling my list of what I want from that collection when it goes.
